Tasting Notes
Just £11 until Monday when 12 bottles - use code HG224Or £12 when 6 bottles - use code HG824 This is the very first 2024 we've shipped from Europe and it's glorious. The aroma is wonderful and the palate is full of the joys of a new vintage in its youth. I made a moules mariniere with it the other day. It was excellent and just the wine to lift a Saturday in January. Then I opened a bottle last night too, and wow, it was so good. Both on the nose, with its fabulous pick-me-up kind of aroma that Sauvignon can display. Then you get to the palate which bursts with flavour and has tons of juicy, textured fruit. The Sauvignon is softened with the lovely local grape of the Pyrenees, Gros Manseng.
