Tasting Notes
It's a bit more concentrated and fuller-bodied than the Heritage. It's been in oak barrels for longer - 18 to 24 months. It's extremely lovely to sip and a wine that could go with richer food, stronger sauces and red meats. It's one of those that could give NZ and Cali Pinots a good run for their money in blind tastings, and for that matter, Burgundy, too, although it's a bit fuller than Burgundy. I loved it, too, and will be showing it out and about. Made only in the best years.

We’re proud to have been one of the first agents to bring high-quality Bulgarian wine to the attention of UK wine drinkers, and Edoardo Miroglio has always been our Number One. Wine lover Edoardo searched high and low to find the perfect spot to grow Pinot Noir in Bulgaria. The piece of land he chose is on the eastern side of the Thracian Valley, with the Saint Ilia hills shade the area from the freezing Baltic winds while a natural lake nearby regulates the temperature. But Miroglio is no fool, he has had extensive tests and research done just to confirm his theories. He purchased the land in 1998 and by 2004 they had produced their first vintage.
