The elegance and delicacy of Volnay, with the power and persistence of Pommard. Its proximity to Pommard, its neighbouring appellation, allows it to benefit from a similar soil, highly concentrated in iron oxide, in addition to a source rock specific to Volnay. The nose is intense and offers notes of raspberry, flowers and toast. The palate is tasty, revealing spicy aromas of cinnamon and bread quignon. To be enjoyed now or rediscovered later, its freshness allowing it to age up to 12 years.
