Notes of sour cherry compote and fruits of the forest with the oak very much in the background just adding a comforting nutmeg touch. This is elegant and fine boned, pure and fresh. A superb ethereal style of Burgundy. The grapes for this Santenay are carefully selected from a nearby grower, they are certified organic and biodynamic. Crois Sorine joins the 1er Cru La Maladière vineyard to the northwest.

Domaine Henri et Gilles Buisson is a sensational producer. They are most definitely a feather in our cap. We don’t come across producers like this often, that aren't already being imported to the UK. In fact, it would be just a few like this in a lifetime, such is the quality of terroir they have, but more importantly what they’re doing with it. Perriere is one of 4 lieu-dits made by the Buisson brothers, each as good as the last.
