A bright and dense crimson colour. The aromas are intense and complex for a young wine - red fruits, raspberry, red currant with dark cherries, coupled with a floral and spicy note. The palate is super fine and silky with layers of flavour and texture leading to a long and bold finish. Can be cellared for at least five to 10 years.

Tom Carson is a true winemaker's winemaker, an uber-geek known for his forensic attention to detail Lured to join Yabby Lake by the incredible efforts and attention to detail that were put into establishing the vineyard in terms of site and soil analysis, it's here that winemaker Tom has truly become known as a don of Pinot Noir. And his Chardonnay ain't half bad either!
