Tasting Notes
Packed with aromas of apricot and peach, with light floral notes and a hint of ginger. ginger. Impressive texture, and excellent freshness. A glass of this delicious wine early evening makes the cares of the day fall away. It's excellent with slightly spicy good, and with smoked trout and salmon, which is so hard to pair with wine. I kept a bottle on the go for well over a week, and it was pretty much as good on day seven as day one, almost concentrating the peach and apricot element.
