Swartland
Robin and Damon have been at the very centre of the Swartland revolution since Swig's genesis. The world is slowly catching on to it's fine wine potential, many of South Africa's most acclaimed, revered and followed winemakers work in this dry, punishing environment. The quality being produced here is superb and the farming practises to achieve it are extremely environmentally focused also. It's all about dry farming, top soil preservation and working with the landscape around, not against it. Malu Lambert's article is brilliant and I recommend it to all! We've got our listing from Swartland below, headlined by the great producers mentioned: Badenhorst, Sadie, Mullineux and Boekenhoutskloof.
