Made from a selection of Hallgarten vineyards from younger vines. I loved this. It's such fun and so approachable. Zesty and delicious. Truly exceptional for a daily drinker. You can drink it over many days as it doesn't lose its quality for over two weeks. Only 12% alc.Daily wine perfection. We have a reserve on the 2023. If we sell out we will offer the 2024.

Fred Prinz, formerly head winemaker at Kloster Erberbach, is now producing wines under his own label from top vineyards, some shared with renowned winemaker Peter Jacob-Kuhn. Though not widely known outside Germany, his wines offer outstanding quality at excellent value. His family-run estate is organic and biodynamic, and four dry wines are available at special pre-arrival prices ranging from £16.50 to £55. Even the entry-level white (£17.50) is highly impressive.
