Made from a selection of Hallgarten vineyards from younger vines. I loved this. It's such fun and so approachable. Zesty and delicious. Truly exceptional for a daily drinker. You can drink it over many days as it doesn't lose its quality for over two weeks. Only 12% alc. Daily wine perfection.
Fred Prinz, formerly head winemaker at Kloster Erberbach, is now producing wines under his own label from top vineyards, some shared with renowned winemaker Peter Jacob-Kuhn. Though not widely known outside Germany, his wines offer outstanding quality at excellent value. His family-run estate is organic and biodynamic, The wines are outstanding.
