Tasting Notes
Pale salmon pink in colour and bursting with ripe pink fruits on the nose and a subtle yet uplifting herbaceous note. It capers nimbly on the palate with rhubarb fool, nectarine and red apple flavours enlivened by a bright thread of citrus fruit that weaves through it. Dry, smooth and supple, it impresses by how much Pinot Noir character it retains, which can often be lost in a rosé, and is at once bracing and delicate with a cool stream of typical northern European acidity running through it. From Estate grown grapes. Delicious with a pint of prawns and lemon mayonnaise or a smoked chicken salad.
