Tasting Notes
The Extra Dry has a light lift, soft fizz packed with fresh cut meadow flowers, golden apples, grapefruit, peach and yellow citrus. Super elegant and balanced, giving you a Prosecco perfect for a long afternoon of summer sipping or a glass pre-dinner. Confusingly this is an off dry style despite the term 'Extra Dry' on the label (an odd classification used for Prosecco). The residual sugar sits at 16 g/l. For a drier style try the Extra Brut or the ColFondo.
