This is very smart indeed, an elegant blend of native Hungarian varietals. Notes of almonds, white-fleshed peaches, gooseberries, fennel, a touch of mint and wet pebbles. Nice texture on the palate with goosberries and peach again and a mouth watering zip of acidity, and also a savoury edge like warm toast.
