Produced by two icons of the Langhe region due their famous restaurant, More e Macine. The first vintages made were poured exclusively at their restaurant but a little of this 2022 vintage has been released, so we snapped it up immediately. From a vineyard in the heart of Barolo with vines approximately 35 to 40 years old, this wine is made by sought after winemakers Gian Luca Colombo and Federico Scarzello. The grapes are tended using biodynamic principles and only 2,000 cases are made.
